Gerrod Walker is a seasoned expert with nearly two decades in the pest and wildlife control industry. Gerrod's journey has taken him from the front lines of domestic and international pest control to a leadership role as the NWCOA Western Director. His extensive experience and passion for elevating the industry drive our mission at National Wildlife Control Consulting & Staffing.
Because he has lived the experience of overworking and underpaying himself, he knows what a difference a good coach and efficient systems and processes can make. He aims to build successful businesses and ensure that those in the industry have a thriving life outside of work.
